Q. Can I pick-up my order from you/can you deliver locally?

A. Yes and Yes! We are based in E6, East Ham, East London. If you would like to collect your order from us, send us an email to cocoabocoa@gmail.com and we will arrange a collection time. If you live locally, you can opt for a home-delivery at a flat rate of £3. Please email us to arrange this at cocoabocoa@gmail.com 

Q. I want to create my own chocolate bar. Can you help?

A. YES! We are a luxury bespoke chocolate company and we love creating bespoke orders for our clients. Get in touch at cocoabocoa@gmail.com to discuss your bespoke chocolate order

Q. Are your chocolates suitable for vegans?

A. We love working with different dietary requirements, creating something very personalised and bespoke just for you! Get in touch so we can start discussing! 

Q. Are your marshmallows suitable for vegetarians?

A. Our marshmallows are created with Halal HMC certified beef gelatine. We are working on a suitable vegetarian marshmallow recipe, so watch this space!

Q. Where do your chocolates come from?

A. We use a range of chocolate for our chocolate creations, such as Ugandan 80% dark chocolate to Columbian 71%. 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Currently we deliver only to addresses in the UK and to mainland Europe.
